A lovely family based in Athens is seeking TWO x professional, experienced Rota Nannies to care for their 4 children (G11, G9, B5 & G1 year). The family is looking for two nannies who can provide continuity of care in a long-term position, with previous experience working in fully staffed households. The role will be shared care when the parents are around; a strong working relationship with the parents is essential as they want to be an active part in their children’s lives.
The nannies should have a proven background in supporting learning through providing engaging and fun activities which are age and stage appropriate. Experience with managing children’s routines, packing, wardrobe organisation, and travel logistics is essential. This is a fully staffed household, and the nannies will be working alongside other professionals. Excellent communication with parents and staff is essential. The nannies will be responsible for keeping the children’s areas tidy and organised. This includes the children’s bedrooms, playrooms and wardrobes. They will also be responsible for the children’s laundry and some cooking for the children. The ideal candidates will be warm, bubbly, professional, confident, with a proactive approach to supporting a busy family. Experience in rota nanny roles is highly desirable, as is a team-player mindset with a ‘muck-in’ attitude and strong common sense.
