We are seeking an exceptional, creative, and highly adaptable, Daily Home School Teacher to join a fully staffed private household team, supporting the education of twins, 4.5 years.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator with a strong background in home schooling and a passion for a child-led, exploratory approach to learning—similar in spirit to progressive, curiosity-driven models such as the Ad Astra style of education.

The successful candidate will work alongside rota nanny/governesses to deliver a personalised, engaging, and hands-on learning experience tailored to each child’s pace, interests, and developmental needs.

Educational Approach:

We are looking for someone who embraces a broad, “Atlas-style” approach to learning—prioritising curiosity, independence, and real-world exploration. Teaching should be rooted in hands-on experiences and practical discovery. For example, introducing early STEM concepts through everyday activities (e.g., experimenting with toy cars on different surfaces to explore friction), encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and a genuine love of learning.

The ideal candidate will:

• • Have proven experience in home schooling or alternative education environments.
• • Be confident delivering informal yet structured, child-led learning.
• • Be flexible, proactive, and collaborative within a private household setting.
• • Be comfortable with frequent travel and adapting routines across locations.

Requirements:
