Golden opportunity in Chelsea SW3 for a Daily Nanny for a loving family with two children (G2 years & B2 months) We’re delighted to be assisting a lovely, Chelsea-based household seeking a dedicated full-time Daily Nanny to care for their charming 2-year-old daughter and her adorable 2-month-old baby brother. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a calm, relaxed household with some travel and a supportive environment.
Position Details: - Role: Full-time, Daily Nanny
- Children: G2 years & B2 months
- Location: Primarily based in Chelsea SW3 (Sloane Square nearest tube) + travel to Scotland and other locations as required
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
- Salary: £60,000 gross pa
- Start date: Immediately, with ongoing support from a Maternity Nurse until December
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:30 (+ travel).
- Traveling with the family on holidays or visits, including potential trips to their Scottish home & other locations.
- Driving the children when needed both in London & Scotland.
- Providing attentive, loving, and structured care for both children, tailored to their developmental needs.
- Assisting with daily routines—including feeding, nap times, play, and learning activities.
- Supporting the transition as the family adjusts from having a maternity nurse to full-time care.
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities to stimulate development and promote curiosity.
- Maintaining a calm and positive household environment, reading the room to adapt to the children’s and family’s needs.
- Assisting with light household duties related to the children, such as tidying toys and children’s laundry.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience caring for children in the same age ranges (toddler and infant).
- A calm, friendly and adaptable personality—someone who can balance a relaxed household atmosphere while providing energetic and engaging care.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving license are essential.
- Fluency in English required; German or Swedish language skills are a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to read the room and maintain a composed, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to family needs.
- A warm, nurturing, and proactive approach, with a genuine love for working with children.
- Pet friends (Family have a dog)
