A distinguished, international family is seeking an outstanding, Spanish-speaking Nanny to join their fully staffed, formal household and provide a high level of care for two delightful young boys; 18 months & 3.5 years.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly experienced nanny with a background in UHNW  households, who thrives in structured environments and understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and excellence at the highest level. The role is high-profile with some travel, offering the chance to work within a world-class household and travel internationally throughout the year.

The Role

• Sole charge and shared care of two young boys within a structured, nurturing environment.
• Providing calm, confident, and developmentally focused care tailored to each child.
• Supporting early years development through age-appropriate play, routine, and Spanish language. 
• Encouraging good manners, clear boundaries, and positive, age-appropriate discipline.
• Working seamlessly alongside a fully staffed household, including working with the rota nanny on duty and other household staff.
• Accompanying the family on  international travel, adapting effortlessly to different locations and schedules.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 12 hour shift.

The household operates with clear routines, high standards, and a warm, professional atmosphere. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing formality with warmth and routine.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fluent Spanish speaker (native or fully fluent – essential).
• Proven experience working within UHNW. 
• Confident, energetic, active, and physically fit, with a hands-on approach.
• Naturally warm, calm, and emotionally intuitive, particularly with toddlers.
• Well-qualified, with early years or childcare training strongly preferred.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing schedules and locations.
• Well presented, excellent manners, and very discreet.
• Fully flexible and able to travel internationally at short notice.
• Commitment in previous roles.
