KNIGHTSBRIDGE + travel: **Trained, native English, Retainer, SEN Nanny** (3 children; 11, 9 & 5.5  years) = April/May start £££££

• Salary: Top salary depending on training & experience (£70,000 gpa rising to £75,000 after a successful probationary period)

This busy family are looking for an experienced, professional and engaging Retainer Nanny with a mature approach, to work on a retainer basis caring for 3 children (b. Feb 2015, March 2017 & Oct 2020), previous SEN experience highly desirable.  The role will require the nanny to be available to cover the permanent rota nannies' sickness as well as holiday cover. 

• Retainer hours: being available to cover any nanny sickness as well as holiday cover for the nannies.

The Retainer Nanny who joins this family needs to have experience with children of similar ages and experience of SEN is highly desirable, specifically with children who have ASC and ADHD. The Nanny needs to be very happy to be flexible and able to adapt easily, ensuring that consistency of care for the children is never compromised. The Nanny will need to have excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills – there is a lot of autonomy in the role and so it is essential that the Nanny is confident to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of the nanny team and alongside other staff members within the household. 

A Nanny who has experience of working in a rota/retainer position previously would be advantageous. This is a fully staffed household so the main focus is on caring for the children. During school hours the Retainer Nanny will be expected to keep up with administrative duties and planning for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Accommodation comprises own bedroom and bathroom either within the family home or within the nanny apartment.
  
• The Retainer Nanny needs to be happy to travel as there is travel both to Europe and internationally during the school holidays. 
• The family has 3 dogs.
  
• A car driver is not required.
