Lovely opportunity to support first time parents! First time clients in Barnes are seeking their first nanny - an English MT, Daily Nanny - to care for their son who will be 5 months when role starts in August.
Our clients are seeking an experienced, developmentally astute, early years candidate, someone who is fully able to support their son's social well-being and education as he grows, taking him through all of his upcoming milestones and transitions. General nursery duties will be required and as busy working professionals, they are very mindful and mindful of the nanny's responsibilities but may need the odd PA errand running etc from time to time. The role will include all typical nursery duties, implementing and maintaining good routines, preparing healthy meals, undertaking his laundry and organising age-appropriate activities. Reading is very important to the family, so they prefer a candidate with native English MT who will promote this, as well as keeping their son engaged and stimulated with age-appropriate activities. Cooking for little chap will be required and if the nanny is happy to make few extra portions of easily scalable meals, this would be huge appreciated. Based in Barnes, there are great local amenities available within walking distance, and our clients are keen for their nanny to make the most of this more village location - taking their son to classes and arranging playdates. Ultimately our clients are looking for a kind and caring nanny able to create a nurturing and safe environment for their son - and who is keen to join their family on a long-term permanent basis. Our clients' ideal nanny will be relaxed, flexible and warm, ensuring their son feels safe and secure at all times, a nanny who is confident and happy in themselves, who will encourage curiosity, reading and imagination and support learning through plenty of fun and engaging activities. The family has a small dog who currently attends day care; however, if the nanny is open to taking the dog for a short walk with the baby, this can be discussed further.
